问答 小米手环72.0.0.2的固件不能安装小程序

我的小米手环7更新2.0.0.2的固件后，我将手环回复了一下出厂设置后就不能安装小程序了（表盘自定义工具显示安装成功，但手环列表中没有对应小程序图标），这是怎么回事？

安装完成后把手环重启一下就出来了
